Further Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Site plans for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.

Also included in this recent document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had formulated development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a legend labelling distinct parts of the property.

Alongside this are what look to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, such as layouts for dock shelters.

More materials disclosed as part of the current investigative disclosure.
